Why does my vagina burn after sex and when urinating?

Most likely it's simply a lack of sufficient lubrication. If you're clean and it doesn't burn during urination when you have not just had sex, then I seriously doubt it's a UTI. Just use lube, or ask for more foreplay. Simple as that.
