Does this guy like me?

I was invited to my friend's birthday party and he had a bunch of his guy friends over. This one guy in particular kept popping up out of no where when I was walking with the friends. He Was always looking me in the eye and trying to make jokes. I would laugh and he would too but he was ALWAYS looking at me. When I would turn my body to look away, he would move his body so he would get in my way so he could keep laughing with me. We had nothing else to do so we played tag and i was it. I almost got them but he ran faster and complimented me by saying I was a fast runner. After that we played another game of tag and nobody wanted to be it. He said I didn't need to be it and then I noticed his hand was in a cast. When I asked what happened he explained all of it. He wouldn't stop talking. He even explained how painful it was. When another friend asked what happened he wouldn't tell them. Then we played truth or dare and he asked me the truth. He asked if I was closer to Brendan, the birthday boy, or his sister. It took me a while to answer but he said that question was too embarrassing and asked me another. At first, he was sitting next to another person but came and sat next to me. When I finally left he was the only one to say goodbye and sorry this is so random but when I just arrived, he said he remembered me from, like, six years ago. Is he in love with me?
