Could planned parenthood do this?

So I'm 15 I think I might be having a ectopic pregnancy.I'm worried.I thought it was implantation bleeding it's spotting but got heavy once now spotting agian but if I went to planned parenthood by my friend driving me would I need anything or health card or parent permission to get tested for anything or can I do it on my own??
