Does Planned Parenthood do blood test?

I could possibly be pregnant. My period is a week late, I had brown spotting on the day it was supposed to come and a few days later, I have lower back ache, my stomach feels really weird and had severe pains, and after 12 pm I'm ready to sleep again even though I got a full nights sleep. I took a home test it was negative. It runs in my family that home tests come back negative even when they are pregnant. I don't want to tell my mom, because I'm extremely nervous. So I was wondering if Planned Parenthood did blood testing?? And if they do how much is it?
