Do you have to give Planned Parenthood your social security number and address for birth control?

I'm 18 and I want to get on birth control. But I don't want to list my social security number. Do I need to take my ID? I don't want anything mailed to my house. I just want birth control. Please help thank you :) And please don't tell me I'm too young for sex or anything ridiculous like that. I always use condoms I just want to take this extra step in protecting myself, thanks :)
