Where to put all my motorcycle gear when parked?

well when i go to school i keep the helmet in the helmet lock thingy and keep the gloves where the tools are suppose to be, depending on the weather i usually keep the jacket on, or leave it at the parking lot security booth, i know some schools have lockers, and i know some people that leave it at their professor's office during their office hours, i unfortunately do not have motorcycle pants =/..but have pretty sturdy jean pants
