What to expect for an in clininc abortion?

It has been 6~7 weeks since my last period, I took a pregnancy test and it came out positive, I have been throwing up for about a week and a half now. I was wondering how long after my in clinic abortion will I still have nausea and tummy aches. What should I wear to the procedure? Just jeans and a t or like pj's? In the planned parenthood videos they say you will just feel slight discomfort, are they sugar coating it or should I not worry to much about the pain during the procedure? Another question was that planned parenthood says that the procedure takes 10-15minutes, and you have an hour of recovery. But then they tell you to expect to be there 3-4 hours..why? I would really appreciate answers and I am sorry if you are pro life, please dont leave comment about how much of a horrible person I am.
