What should I do with my spare time??

I'm bored practically everyday. I'm out of school, 18 now, don't start school until fall again. I sleep in till like 11-12am. To pass time by. I do go out sometimes, but the weather sucks cloudy, sometimes rains and it's already summer. When I go out the places I usually go are to the mall, sometimes to Starbucks to get coffee, or some other stores. There isn't much to do! I miss school and learning, so sometimes I sit home and learn new thing, I like it. Gives me something to do and it keeps my head off things. I work later in the day. I tried volunteering in my city with Gov't depts and of course they rejected me, bullshit, they just don't want young pple getting involved these days. So I don't know what to do. I have friends, but all they want to do is stupid ****. Dress up fine and go to places to hit up guys, or something, I don't want to do that. So I rarely kick it with them, I have other friends who all they do is smoke. I don't mind smoking Hucka, but I don't want to do weed. I have tried it a long time ago, 7th grade and I smoked for a while and quit. See, there is just nothing to do. Can u give me some ideas.
