U can go to the planned parenthood and since u are 16 you can tell them that ur parents are unaware. They will be discreet they have to protect ur privacy. As far as i know it wont cost u anything because u are a minor.. Yes u will have to have a female exam done its standard procedure, i believe all u need is picture id
