My friend had unprotected sex and is still bleeding?

So, my friend is almost 16 and she had sex for time about 36 hours ago. The guy didn't come inside of her, and she is still bleeding, What does this mean? Should she go to planned parenthood right away? She's only 15 still so would they tell her parents? Please help me! How much is the contraceptive or birth control, I don't want her to get pregnant at this age.
