I have to correlate dress with someone but we only have a day to get it ready. Help with clothing ideas for me?

So my friend is going as Brendan Urie in Panic! at the Disco's Ballad of the Mona Lisa. I'm either going to go as Slash or one of the guys in the music video for Ballad of the Mona Lisa. Ok, but right now, I need help with the Panic! one. So, I wanna go as either that guitarist in the video or the bassist person (whoever has that electric cello or something.) However, I can't really see their clothing much and I can't find it when I search it so please help with ideas??? I know the fashion was steampunk and I can't buy a corset. Thank you!! (Oh we need to correlate dress because Friday is "Dress like your fav rockstar/character in a book" which is kinda dumb but I mainly wanna do it so I have an excuse to color my hair. Friday is also Battle of the Bands so ya.
