Blood Test Help PLEAAASSSSEEEEEE!!!!!?

Ok tomorrow I'm taking a Rheumatoid Arthritis test, and i was wondering if it would detect any drugs i recently used. I haven't smoked since about 2 days ago, and i was wondering if i would be able to smoke without worrying if anything would come up and say i have weed in my system. I need answers QUICK! please :)))))))
